Congratulations Anjali on completing 10 years in Wipro! 

Congratulations to Anjali on achieving this significant Milestone. Anjali brings in fresh and varied perspective to the various roles that she has played in the organization. Starting with her role as a Quality auditor in MSN , she moved on to a Quality analyst and tester role in D&B. Later, she took up the role as a Quality coordinator in Shell. After significant contribution in these roles, Anjali started her journey with Knowledge Management, which continues to this day.

Currently, One of the senior most members of the Knowledge Management team, she has made her mark in all aspects of the function, be it architecting the requirements or working on the execution of a new initiative. She has independently handled Knowledge Management for Testing Services and well as for Functions. She was instrumental in successfully setting up the KMS or Knowledge Management services horizontal within Knowledge Management team.

An avid blogger, she was able to bring in ideas that guided the social media initiatives in the organization. The passion and sincerity she brings in to any of her roles is now supplemented by the byline for KMS : "Happy to Help"

Hariprasad Reddy (KM head): Congratulations Anjali for this significant milestone. Anjali is one of the senior members within Knowledge Management team and she has complete knowledge of the KM Eco system. At present she is handling KM services team and I wish her many more years with Wipro.

Rajendhiran N (Group KM and past manager): Anjali is never hesitant to take up new areas in KM and making it work.  She was the first KM Manager for testing practice and developed people’s commitment to KM. Also she is the first one to have dedicated focus for KM in Support functions to experiment many new methods to support demanding needs.  I wish her the very best to continue in taking up new challenges and produce greater results.
